How we work
At Hybrid Heroes, we work in cross-functional teams consisting of Project Managers, Developers, Software Testers and Designers. Quick feedback, short decision-making processes and openness to change are important to us - this is why we embrace an agile work environment.

Our application process
1. Apply
Excited to join the Hybrid Heroes team? We’d love to hear from you! Just send us your CV and a short note on why you’re interested—directly through our application form. Don’t see the perfect role listed? No worries—feel free to send us an open application and tell us how you’d like to contribute.
2. Intro Chat
If your profile aligns with what we’re looking for, we’ll invite you to a 30-minute video call. It’s a casual first conversation to get to know each other, talk about your background, and give you a feel for who we are and how we work.
3. Challenge & Deep Dive Interview
To get a better sense of how you think and solve problems, we’ll ask you to tackle a role-specific challenge. This could be a take-home technical task or a live coding session during your second interview—designed to reflect real-world scenarios you’d encounter on the job. It’s a chance to showcase your skills in action and collaborate with our team in a more hands-on way.
4. Meet the Team
In the final step, you'll connect with potential teammates and get a feel for how we collaborate. If you're in Berlin, we’d love to welcome you to our office for an in-person visit. This session may also include a few remaining technical questions or discussions—think of it as a final alignment to make sure we’re a great match, both personally and professionally.
5. Offer

6. Onboarding
From day one, you’re part of the team. You'll join our stand-ups, learning sessions, and team events right away to get fully immersed in how we work. Your first day kicks off at our Schöneberg office with a welcome presentation, a team lunch, and a series of onboarding sessions where different team members will walk you through our tools, workflows, and ways of working.
In your first months, we’ll schedule regular feedback check-ins—giving both you and us the chance to reflect on how things are going and ensure you have everything you need to feel confident, connected, and set up for success.
