2. "Get-to-know" Interview
If your experiences and skills are a great match to our job description, you are invited to a first 30 min video call to get to know each other a little.
3. Challenge & Second Interview
As a next step, we will send you a small technical task for you to resolve at home within the next 3-5 working days. You can send us your solutions by e-mail and walk us through your approach in the second interview.
In our second interview we will dive deeper into your professional experiences and give you more insights into the job and our culture. Of course, there will be enough time for you to ask us anything you want, too. We aim for an duration of max. one hour for this video call.
4. Meet the Team (live, if you are in Berlin)
Team work makes the dream work! In this last step of our interview process you will have the chance to get to know other team members you would potentially work with and if you are in Berlin, take a glimpse at our office space.
5. Offer
We will make you an offer that we hope you will not be able to say No to.
6. Onboarding
You will be part of the agency from day one and participate in our stand-ups, learning formats and events. Your first day will be in our office in Schöneberg and encompass an onboarding presentation, team lunch and multiple onboarding sessions with different team members covering our tools and workflows. During your first months, you will have feedback meetings in which both sides can provide regular feedback on the onboarding process so that we can make sure you have everything you need for a successful start at Hybrid Heroes.
